weekends are made for fun...

Ok, so it's freaking January, and it's 80 degrees? Gotta love this sunny So Cal weather. Unless you're like me, and have been waiting for it to snow. Then this fucking weather sucks monkeybutthole. I've got a brand new stick and bindings just waiting to be used, but right now they're not doing anything but collecting dust in my room. I guess I'll just have to keep watching Forum or Against'em on repeat (like I have been doing every night) until we get some more snow. Don't get me wrong, the sun shine is cool and all, but it's freaking JANUARY! Something has to be going wrong with mother nature because this just isn't right. Then again, I guess it doesn't really matter since I've been pretty swamped with work, so I don't really have time shred. It has given me time to enjoy my new t.v., and download a bunch of really good music (Jaydiohead, Chamillionaire: Mixtape Messiah 6, Kanye West: Benzi & Plain Pat "Sky High", Portishead: Third Floor: Portishead's Third Reimagined by Noise Floor Crew, Animal Collective: Merriweather Post Pavilion, Morrissy: Years Of Refusal, Working for a Nuclear Free City: Businessmen & Ghosts) I thought weekends were made for fun?

I spent the majority of the weekend editing/ shooting for our online shop/ fall '09 season, which turned out pretty sweet. My lil'homie Thomas (GRIND TIME TOMMY) happen to be in town from AZ for the weekend doing a little skating/filming, so I got him to play model for us.

The shoot was a blast, and I think you guys will be impressed with all the hard work we've put into this one.
