Well, I'm back in the Bay Area for a couple days doing a little work, and handling some family business. I had to make a quick stop at my cousin Paul's house to say my goodbyes before he heads to college at Illinois State where he'll be playing outside linebacker for their football team. Paul and I were like brothers growing up. I've known him and his parents for all of his, and most of life. My house is right around the corner from theirs, so when my mum worked in LA I would stay at their house during the week, and back at my house on the weekends when my mum came home. For unknown reasons my mum and his stopped talking which ended that arrangement. I then began staying at my house by myself (yes, it was awesome), but would still go to theirs for dinner and hang out. After I went away to college though my mum moved from that house/ city, so I when I came home I didn't see Paul as much as before. We still kept in contact, but was never really the same. It's so weird when someone you've known their whole life, who's diapers you've changed, had WWF wrestling matches with, finally all grown up, and taking that next step into adulthood. It really makes you feel old :::sigh:::
They seem to have a problem with people stealing their plants.
Gizmo was ready to get his birthday started.
After leaving my cousins I took Gizmo to the dog park for his birthday to play, but he was too tired. He ended up sitting in the shade the entire time we were there, so no flix. Oh, some lady told me that Gizmo was too fat for his size. I wonder if that means when I have kids they're going to be fat too.
